Scale: 1:250000; Map Type: lcgft; Other Descriptive Notes about Map Series: Relief shown by contours, gradient tints, and spot heights. Three classes of railways and five classes of roads are shown. Covers area north from Arlon, Belgium to St. Dizier, France to the south, and west from Verzy, France to Bouzonville, France to the east. Châlons-sur-Marne roughly just below center left portion of sheet. Nancy roughly at lower right portion of sheet. Verdun roughly at center of sheet. Sheet No. 9, Chalons-Nancy from set covering most of the Low Countries and northeastern France. Set includes various issues of some sheets, some reissued by U.S. Army Map Service.
