This polygon shapefile contains statistics on the reason for moving to a foreign country from the 2010 Census of Ecuador. The census information was collected by the Instituto Nacional de Estadisticas y Censos (Ecuador) in November and December of 2010. The questionnaire and survey report for this census are included with this download. These data are intended for researchers, students, and policy makers for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production. This layer is presented in the WGS84 coordinate system for web display purposes. Downloadable data are provided in native coordinate system or projection.
