CAL FIRE ExemptionNotices, 2019

Description:

Timber Operations exempt from the Plan preparation and submission requirements (PRC § 4581) and may be exempt from the completion report and stocking report requirements (PRC §§ 4585 and 4587) of the Forest Practice Act. Exemptions include: Less than 3 Acre Conversions; Dead, Dying and Diseased, Fuelwood split products; Christmas Trees; Public Agency; Public and Private Utility Right of Way; Substantially Damaged Timberland; 150ft or 300ft Fire Hazard Tree Removal; Forest Fire Prevention; Drought Mortality.
