Description:: New York Long Island Rail Road Lines, 2009 is a line theme representing the Railroad tracks and service lines of the Long Island Rail Road system. Attribute data includes the names of the lines and length of the segment. Raw data was acquired from files from the New York State Department of Transportation. Data is provided in the projection NAD83 to align with the NYCMap basemap. The realigned data has not been thoroughly checked for accuracy.
