- New York City Freight Rail Stations is a point theme of major freight rail stations in the New York City metropolitan area including Long Island and parts of New Jersey. Attribute data includes the name and type of the station's service. Raw data was acquired from files from the New York State Department of Transportation. Data is provided in the projection NAD83 to align with the NYCMap basemap. The realigned data has not been thoroughly checked for accuracy.

- The freight rail line files represent the location of the major rail centerlines and junctions as shown on 1:100,000 scale source materials.
