- Abstract
- This is a scanned version of the 1794 paper map entitled: A Map of the Provinces of Delhi, Agrah, Oude, and Ellahabad Comprehending the Countries Lying Between Delhi and the Bengal-provinces. The map is in two sheets both were scanned at 300 dots per inch and are in the TIFF format. Thanks to Prof. Frances Pritchett, Columbia University, for providing the original paper map for this scan.
- Purpose
- Scanned maps may be used for a variety of purposes. These images may be used in a GIS; the datasets include a .txt file containing a table of coordinates that may be used to aid in georeferencing the image.
