Horizontal measurements and azimuths as obtained from Steamer U.S.S. Manisees, New York Harbor Improvement Surveys, Jan. 22, 1905, are based on a line between triangulation stations 1 and 3 located on Castle William, Governors Island and on the Barge Office, New York City respectively.

Contains tabulation of triangulation and bench marks.
