As stated, the map depicts the Plan of the Lands of the Gloucester Farm and Town Association including a plan of Egg Harbor City. In addition to gardens and a model farm, the map also indicates tracts of land that are undeveloped as shown by drawing of trees. Map also includes two lithographs of buildings and a small New Jersey state map.
