- Abstract
- Land parcels in portions of Pitkin County, Colorado, 2019. Parcel attributes include the platted name of the property, 12 digit state Assessor Parcel ID number, and jurisdiction information. Parcels are also joined to the Assessor’s database to capture descriptive information about each property including owner name, contact information, account number, property type, etc.
- Purpose
- For displaying parcel boundaries with GIS software. Identifies property boundaries in Pitkin County. The Parcel geometry is created by reading legal descriptions through Plats, Surveys, Deeds, and CAD drawing files. Approximately 15% of land in Pitkin County is privately held, which is represented in this layer.
