Request a new address assignment from the Vilas County Land Information Office.  All addresses are assigned in conjunction with Chapter 28 of the Vilas County ordinances - Uniform Addressing System.  Prerequisites for the assignment of an address include obtaining an access/driveway permit from the local municipality, obtaining a permit (for a structure or sanitary) from the County Zoning Department, and having the driveway clearly marked at the road for sign installation purposes.  Vilas County does not assign addresses within the City of Eagle River.
