General aid deductions are determined by the number of residents of the school district who attend a private school under the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) or the Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP) as an incoming student, the Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP), or certain independent charter schools (New ICS).The map in this application shows the portion of the district’s revenue limit (which comprises taxes and general state aid) that does not stay within the district for school operations but instead goes directly to private schools participating in a Private School Choice Program. Projected fiscal impacts are based on unaudited 3rd Friday in September count data. Final impacts are based on audited 3rd Friday in September and 2nd Friday in January data.
