Abstract
This data represents Redistricting Blocks Johnson v. WEC for Wisconsin in 2021.[Wisconsin block geography data is appended with Wisconsin Legislature's Assembly and Senate district assignment files (as defined in 2021 Senate Bill 621) per Wisconsin Supreme Court adoption of SB 621 on April 15, 2022, as well as Evers’ Congressional district assignment file(Governor's LC Congressional.csv) per Wisconsin Supreme Court decision on March 3, 2022 via Johnson v. Wisconsin Elections Commission, Case No.2021AP1450-OA Johnson v. Wisconsin Elections Commission. The block geography data is the U.S. Census TIGER 2020 Block geography as sub-divided by county redistricting officials between August 2021 and February 2022.]
Purpose
This data is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data.
